Formic Pro Strips

A treatment for the control of diseases in honey bees spread by varroa mites.
The polysaccharide gel strip contains the active ingredient formic acid and 
allows for a slow release of the vapor.  Place above the brood nest.  Can be
used with honey supers present.

Active Ingredient : Formic Acid 42.25% (Including Formates) with other ingredients.

Formic Pro causes mortality to both male and female varroa under the brood cap
as well as to the varroa on the adult bees.  

Use Formic Pro as part of an integrated pest management program.
There are two treatment options when local thresholds are met: 

Option 1:  2 strips for 14 days.
Option 2:  1st Strip for 10 days remove and replace with 2nd strip for an additonal 10 days.

Daytime temperatures must be between 50-84 Degrees F when used.
